Representative Tuck objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. 2017-02-15 House Journal Page 0270 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 77 am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 77 am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HB 77 am pass the House?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
